Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP)

Platelet-Rich Plasma treatment is a skin-rejuvenating procedure, which stimulates the body's own resources to rebuild and revitalize the skin by using plasma obtained from the patient's own blood.

How the treatment works

A blood sample is taken from the patient before treatment to prepare the platelet-rich plasma. The amount of blood needed varies, depending on the amount of plasma needed for the treatment of patient’s choice.

The sample is then put in a centrifuge, which separates the plasma and platelets from the much heavier elements of the blood. Patient’s skin is locally anesthetized using EMLA cream, after which collected plasma is injected into patient’s skin using needle mesotherapy techniques or linearly along the wrinkles and folds of the skin.

Effects of treatment:

  • Skin revitalization: improved smoothness, uniform color;
  • Improved flexibility, structure, tension and density of the skin;
  • Strengthened collagen fibers;
  • Improved blood circulation and faster skin renewal;
  • Smoothing of wrinkles and folds - volumetric therapy bio-stimulates the affected skin cells;
  • Accelerated healing of wounds and scars;
  • The skin becomes smoother, illuminated and visibly younger as fine wrinkles are flattened.

Not suitable for:

  • Pregnant and breast-feeding women;
  • Those with autoimmune diseases;
  • Skin infections and inflammations;
  • Active viral infections;
  • Allergic reactions to anticoagulants;
  • Malignant cancers or tumors;
  • Anyone suffering from infectious diseases.

For best results, treatment should be repeated 2-3 times at intervals of 1-3 months. The number of treatments is determined individually for each patient during a consultation with a physician.

PDO Thread Lifting

PDO (polydioxanone) is a high strength synthetic fiber, consisting of a single or double stranded solid fibers, which dissolve over time within patient’s tissue.

PDO strands stimulate skin’s collagen production, which in turn affects the connection, resilience, elasticity and hydration of the skin by combining the natural hyaluronic acid.

Threads are placed on very thin, sterile PDO needles, which are then placed in precise parts of patient’s face and body.

The technique targets natural skin tension lines, providing effects similar to a surgical facelift.

Threads’ lengths vary between treatments. Shorter threads are an ideal choice for the eye area for those looking for a natural alternative to Botox. Threads aesthetic effect is more subtle and natural than the one of Botox, as threads do not mimic fixed muscles.

The thread lift procedure is ideal for patients aged 30 - 65 years.

Types of PDO Thread Lifting

First Lift – revitalizing thread – a simple, thin thread is used to improve the structure, density and elasticity of delicate skin areas. It is designed to remove fine lines, shadows around the eyes and "smoker's wrinkles". Thin threads can be used on the face, neck, arms, buttocks and abdomen.

Depending on the skin's condition, the effects of the treatment usually persist for up to 2 years.

  • To restore youth and vitality;
  • To remove vertical and horizontal forehead wrinkles;
  • To tighten the forehead area and droopy eyebrows;
  • To tighten droopy and sagging cheeks;
  • To improve lower eyelid's - bags, wrinkles and crows feet;
  • To lift up the corners of the mouth, eyebrows and eyes;
  • To elevate the loose skin below the chin and jawbone;
  • To minimize the folds of skin on the cheeks, chin, nose and nasolabial folds;
  • To eliminate “double chin”.

Mesotherapy with Needles

  • treatment of facial wrinkles, neck, hands
  • improve the density, nutrition, tension, skin hydration,
  • equalizes skin tone.
  • Mesotherapy to the scalp prevents hair loss and encourages hair growth

What is Mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a technique using multiple local intradermal and subcutaneous injections of the lowest effective doses of pharmacologically active substances. We inject active ingredients to the upper layer of the skin at a depth of 1-2 mm. The active ingredients can then perform optimally, being absorbed directly into the places that require it the most.

As a result, mesotherapy:

  • improves nutrition, hydration, tension, color of the skin of the face, neck, neckline, arms and abdomen,
  • smooths fine wrinkles,
  • strengthens and extends the effect of filling products,
  • prevents hair loss
  • reduces cellulite and stretch marks

How long does the effect of mesotherapy last?

Mesotherapy is a procedure which should be repeated at certain intervals.

The exact amount per cycle and interval of each mesotherapy treatment is administered according to the manufacturer's instructions.

The treatment is painless, thanks to the use of anesthetic products. The procedure consists of 5-6 treatments that are performed at intervals of 1-1.5 week. The results are long-lasting due to cleaning and high-concentration or products used. It is important that once you begin mesotheraopy you should undergo a yearly refresher treatment to maintain the results achieved from the first procedure.

How should I prepare for the procedure?

It is advisable to not to perform the procedure during menstruation.

The day before surgery, do not drink alcohol, do not smoke, and do not take aspirin.

After the treatment:

  • Do not apply makeup the day of surgery,
  • Apply the recommended treatment creams to your skin (Arnica gel, cicabio, Cicaplast, Cicalfate, sensicure et al.),
  • To reduce visible lumps you should massage the skin for 72 hours after treatment,
  • Do not sunbathe outdoors or in tanning salon for a few days after the procedure, do not use any other tanning products.

Injection Lipolysis

Injection Lipolysis is used to eliminate fat. It is a non-invasive form of body contouring, involving the injection of drug mixtures to destroy fat cells. At the site of the injections there is an intentional small inflammation which is where the swollen fat cells have burst. Freed of their fats, they pass into the blood to the liver where they are decomposed and excreted from the body.

Injection lipolysis is performed by a qualified cosmetologist and is completely safe.

After surgery, the site of the injection usually appears red and has some swelling. A side effect of the treatment can be bruising at the site of the injections, as well as some small pain in and around the treated area. You may also experience some itching of the skin. This reaction typically last for several days after surgery. Complaints can be minimized by taking antihistamines and traditional painkillers.

The effect of a series of treatments is usually a loss of 4-5 cm in circumference at the site of administration.

Small amounts of fat can usually be removed with 2-3 treatments. However, if the fat is thick and abundant, the number of treatments is likely to be much greater. There should be a break of around 2-4 weeks between treatments.

After the injections we offer a lymphatic massage to aid with the removal of the fat cells and facilitate their transport through to lymph nodes.

Suitable for:

  • double chin,
  • folds of fat on the belly,
  • fat on the thighs,
  • fat on the buttocks,

  • suffering from epilepsy
  • have any blood coagulation disorders
  • have severe liver disease and kidney
  • have any skin infections at the site of the injections
  • allergies to the drugs used

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring, essential component of our skin which helps maintain the proper level of hydration and firmness. Unfortunately, with age, the amount gradually decreases, causing the skin to dry out, making it looser, forming wrinkles and causing cheeks and lips to lose their volume.

Formulations containing hyaluronic acid injected into the skin help replace this natural loss, moisturizing the skin, filling wrinkles, giving volume to cheeks and lips, and enhancing facial contours. It also helps stimulate the natural regeneration processes of the skin, so that even after absorbing the preparation skin looks far better than before the treatment.

Hyaluronic acid used for smoothing wrinkles is a synthetic preparation, therefore reducing the risk of any allergic reaction.

Is the treatment painful?

An hour before the treatment, we apply an anesthetic cream to the skin to reduce pain and discomfort.

How long does the effect last?

The treatment of wrinkles is very effective and gives immediate results. Most results last up to 9-12 months before all the hyaluronic acid is completely absorbed. You should then repeat the procedure. This process is thus one hundred percent reversible over time and not permanent which is both an advantage and disadvantage.

How does the procedure work?

The solution for filling wrinkles with hyaluronic acid is a crystalline, elastic gel, which when incorporated into skin fills the wrinkle, giving a very natural effect. The needles used are extremely thin which reduces any pain. After injection of the gel into a line or wrinkle around the mouth, the solution binds to water and increases the volume of the area by smoothing wrinkles. The treatment takes around 30 minutes and the result are immediately visible.

Post treatment recommendations:

For two weeks following your procedure you should avoid strong sunlight (tanning) and heat (sauna).

Not suitable for:

Botox is a well known treatment in use for over 25 years. It has become known as the "gold standard" treatment for facial wrinkles and is a safe and highly effective anti-wrinkle treatment.

How does it work?

Botox works by temporarily blocking impulses between muscles and nerves for several months. The injected muscle relaxes, making the skin cease to wrinkle, pucker and knead. The result is the restoration of a younger and more relaxed appearance without altering the natural expression.

Applications of Botox:

  • smoothing of wrinkles between the eyebrows
  • "Crow's feet" around he outer eye area
  • horizontal forehead wrinkles
  • wrinkles of the lower eyelid
  • lifting and modeling of eyebrows
  • creases at the base of the nose
  • Correction of gingival/gummy smile
  • lifting the tip of the nose
  • smoothing "smoker's wrinkles"
  • lifting the corner of the mouth
  • smoothing out wrinkles on the chin and neck
  • smoothing "Laughter lines"
  • treatment of bruxism, or uncontrolled, involuntary teeth clenching and grinding

  • reduction in existing wrinkles
  • preventing the formation of new wrinkles or deepening existing
  • a rested and relaxed expression
  • restoring a young and fresh look

What is the procedure?

The treatment does not require any special preparation and takes very little time. The needles used are very thin, and therefore the treatment is almost painless. For about 4-5 hours after surgery you should avoid touching the site of injections, being in a horizontal position, physical exercise, the use of hot baths, sauna and solarium.

Not suitable for:

  • hypersensitivity to botox
  • neuromuscular disorders
  • cancer
  • autoimmune diseases
  • inflammation or infection of the skin at the site of administration
  • pregnancy
  • breastfeeding
  • severe blood coagulation disorders
